I don't smoke - but I think weed is safer than tobacco and making weed illegal while leaving tobacco legal is hypocrisy at its finest.

Inhaling anything into your lungs like that is full of carcinogens and it's non-filtered unlike a ciggerate. So if you smoked pot like cigs, packs a day worth, you'd get many problems much quicker.

They send Nicky to work at a coffeehouse in Amsterdam for a month where she smokes every day and they monitor the effects. They give her a series of tests before and after.

Theres a part where they give her pure THC through an IV and she starts freaking the hell out. Apparently pure THC without cannibinol and the other compounds is not very pleasant.

I HATE people who say smoking weed is bad for you, NOT ONE FUCKING PERSON HAS DIED FROM THE SHIT!! I have smoked for six years now, last summer I smoked all day every day, at least 6-10 joints a day with mine and my buddies pot combined... Throat never hurt like when I smoke cigarettes* Never felt short of breath or found it hard to get a good breath like when I smoke cigarettes* I HATE smoking cigarettes, I LOVE smoking pot and will do so till the day I die probably...
And to you fruit cakes who say its a "drug" or a "gateway drug" kiss my fucking ass, I have never tired anything but acid, and that is because I was DRUNK at a friends house and being as drunk as I was I let him talk me into it.
To me, and probably to every pot smoker in this world alcohol and cigeretts are way worse than pot, fuck, if everyone would smoke a joint every now and then there would not be so many ass holes in this world! The government could make money instead of waisting it on trying to stop people from smoking it*
Remember, you can drink yourself to death within a few hours, you can never smoke yourself to death with pot... Unless you really wanna smoke 17k joints in one day LMFOA
Anyway, that's how I feel and unless you have personally smoked weed in your life STFU you are wrong and always will be LOLOLOL

Of course then again the accidents of people died because of talking on the phone/texts, should we make phones illegal? In that aspect at least.

Although this documentary may say weed may be good for you, I'll put it this way, it's a hell of a lot better than alcohol and tobacco in terms of safety and health. Instead of it being "good", lets just say its least bad.

I'm sure you and I would have a lot of similar points of agreement if we were to sit down and discuss this, but pay very close attention to what I have emboldened.

The government would make revenue off of taxing cannabis and its peripherals, yea, but think; How many people would stop smoking cigarettes and switch to smoking weed only? (even if it were an extremely less-potent strain that basically provided almost no high) What about those who would stop drinking? And those who would stop using many pharmaceuticals and instead -successfully- turn to weed as their "cure-all"?

After these questions have floated around in your head for a while, think about how much money corporations would, in turn, lose because we were no longer purchasing their legal drugs and no longer addicted to the nicotine in their cancer causing cigarettes?

There are greater things at work here than just the will of the people, America is run by the corporations, not the governments.

If you look at any representative or senator (openly) opposing the repealing of marijuana prohibition laws you will come to find that they are all backed largely by big pharmaceutical companies and mostly the tobacco industry. They are protecting their market. If this nation was truly run by the will of its people many things would be different and I believe America would be a better place all-around.

I'm not saying this as the sole reason for marijuana prohibition, but do understand that tobacco and pharmaceutical companies are fighting tooth and nail to keep marijuana illegal.
