What's with folks obsession with not liking 13's? 13" wheels with 215/50-13 tires would be perfect on a car like that. 16s and up is way overkill.

And I'm sure you still have the struts on the car. Maybe no springs, but yu have struts. Later, QD.

13's on a EF is stupid small unless it's an autocross car. Wheel size determines different things. Not many like 16's on a EF, 15's are the usual, that's perfect size.
