Ok I am by not means a flash developer nor do i know jack shit about video work...

I built a flash 720x480 video and exported it to avi/mov files... i need it to be in 16:9 format... how do i get it in that format?

You can export your movie to the following pixel resolutions:

854x480
1280x720
1366x768
1920x1080

i tried that and it still comes out 4:3 :thinking:

there is a quicktime mov export to 16:9 but it compresses the video and make it horrid looking.

there is a program that will allow you to convert any size or format of video into whatever format you are wanting it to be in.the name of the program is xilisoft video converter.if interested in getting this program,let me know and i will be glad to give you the link for my upload.

I believe Handbrake has the options to accomplish what your trying to do. You can give it a shot. http://handbrake.fr
