Anyone Make Sushi?

I am going to attempt it probably this weekend, anyone else here make their own? Speaking of rolls only really. I will probably start out with no fish :goodjob:

i do on occassion :D its alot of fun, the prep is a little time consuming depending on what you make but its alot of fun. just remember to keep your hands wet so that things stick together and not to you. :lmfao:

If you like sushi, read the book called "The Story Of Sushi" by Trevor Carson... very insightful information about sushi... good luck at making some sushi
