So you know, when Leisa passed away I was at 226lb, yeah that was the biggest I had ever let myself get... I guess almost 10 years of marriage and all that home cooking Leisa did every night caught up to me.....

BUT since she has passed I realized I had to start taking better care of myself or I would die a young age to....

So today I am 196!!! My goal is 185 so I am getting closer.

Total so far is 30 pounds I have lost :bump:

Sammich that pic is what made me realize 6 months ago how fat I was, My stomach there is HUGE!! I was like HOLY SHIT!! You know Leisa always made such great dinners, didnt provide me any portion control so I always had seconds and thrids and she loved me no matter how I looked, so i didnt realize I was so big. But I bought a size 36 in jeans last weekend and I fit into them!! I was so excited!!!

I am getting there!!!

Paul, its hard man, this past week I am having a hard time cause I want all the bad shit!! But im trying to fight it.
