best way to catch a bird?

So I'm sitting here working on my computer and my bro's bird managed to get out of it's cage. He's (my bro not the bird) sleeping...and I have no idea how to catch a bird. Anyone got ideas?

corner the bastard, if he flys onto anything on the wall or anything find a pole or something and nock him down... if his wings arent clipped- you're screwed... but like I said, corner him- least try to- and ull be set...

Her wings aren't clipped but so far it has just been climbing around the outside of her cage. Unfortuently it's the antisocial one...the other one still in the cage isnt nearly as scared of people as this one

AHA I wake up today due to someunusally loud squaking from the birds (whoose cage is in the living room). So I look outside my bedroom door and guess whose out of hercage again :( Fuck it I'm going back to bed the bird can fly free for a while ope noone opens the door.

Ok people dont understand that birds can have heartatacks just as we can. Exept they can have them from the slightest thing. So be carefull.

I was in a pet store once and a finch was out for like 6 weeks but they had a cage open with food and water and the bird would go in there. Well i was there once and the bird went in and I put my hand over the door and HAHAH got cha bitch

fuck I went back to sleep when I woke back up someone had caught it and put it back in it's cage. I put twisty ties (like the kind on bread bags) so either the bird chewed (? bit, or w/e birds do) the wist off, or someone took it off and didnt put it back on. Oh btw the birds are love birds I guess...they are mostly green starting at the neck they fade from yellow to red.
