Go to buford highway if you want STUPID CHEAP used tires. I'm talkin 120 bucks for 4 tires at 60-80%.

There are a few of em. Theres one on the right about half mile after you cross South old peachtree going north. It's in a white building, just keep an eye out. Theres a repair shop next to it from what I remember.
My buddy bought some tires from there - and they did the mounting/balancing for dirt cheap too. I went there to get tires TP sensors swapped into a new set of wheels - they charged only $10tire .
Dont go there if you're worried about getting your low profile high $$ wheels scratched up etc. It's a good place to get stuff done on your low rent DD.
