what engin came in these cars? was it the 5m? if so how hard would it be to put into a 84 celica gt? i have a 5m for it if it fits. just need to know. thanks

i dont have that kinda money to have someone fab up a 1j to put in the car.

motor was nothing but ecu cross wiring for gauges to work is a lil more trouble...call the shop, he may still have that original motor

Standard engine for Celica Supras was the 5m-ge. Reliable, easy to turbo. Not sure if it will fit the celica, dig for info on celicasupra.com
