2006 Tax Return?

I think you're able to file 2 years after the filing date for a return. Anyone know if this is true?

If so, anyone know a place I can file online, I know I won't be able to e-file, but I'm sure I can fill an online form.

I'm pretty sure that "small amount" is even smaller after the penalties you will have to pay for filing late. Nontheless, Google that shit. I wouldn't take advice like that from ppl round these parts.
