It is a cliche in the system. All accounts created in April of 2008 were not given access to post within the Red Light District. You will have to create another account and post simultaneously on both accounts, stating who you are, in order to be able to use the RLD.

b/c you guys need to upgrade your accounts to use or view certain forums... keep posting and the system will upgrade your account once you met the requirements.
