Anyone here skate?

I have been skating for about 9 years and i'm STILL no good..

pretty much only skate for fun.

All about the Bikes, man. I never could skateboard at all. I tried on serveral occassions and busted my ass everytime. On bike, I still bust my ass every once in awhile but I'm not that bad on it either.

skated for 9+ years. My biggest mistake was taking a break from it for 6 months. After that the motivation to hop back on the board kinda went away. I've been tempted to try again. I was damn good when I did skate though.

shit man I used too..like ubers2k said I regret stopping. I broke my last board and just never got a new one and got out of it even though I was pretty good. Ive been really tempted to get a new one though

i've been skating on and off (mostly off lol) for over 10 yrs. lately i've been trying to teach my son so that's kinda drawn me back into it, mostly just fooling around on flatground, but i'm old so tricks aren't as easy as they used to be :D. i was pretty decent back in the day though.

nowadays i skate whenever i have some free time. even after all this time it still is mad fun and a good little workout. the only thing that's frustrating is that i'm always losing and relearning tricks, i might skate a lot for like 2-3 wks and then not skate for like 2 months after that...if i could skate more consistently i think i could be pretty good again.

right now i'm trying to get my kickflips and heelflips back consistent, and relearn 360 flips. i haven't skated any ledges or stairs in forever though...

does longboarding count? if not i also skate old school. Kinda like the dogtown z-boys kinda style. Sliding bowls pools all that old good stuff. not so much into "street skating" anymore.

I use to skate and was one of the best at my school. Then everyone started acting like it was suppose to be dominated instead of enjoyed and I got out of it.

Now that no one does it anymore, I've gotten back into it! Still just as good as I was, just rusty. Feels great.

and is upper deck still around ?

this is me like a year and a half ago just an ollie north in my little park i had in the dead end across the street from my old house
