I'll be needing some new front brake pads for my 99 ex. I'm looking for something better than OEM thats affordable and actually worth getting. AEM BIG Brakes prices are outta range. I read about the AEM Brakes pads and saw some good things on their site. Wanted to see if anyone has had experience iwth them and if its worth it. Appreciate any help..while i'm at it..any suggestions on rotors? oem ones are nasty looking...thinking of some slotted rotors..list some recommendations

Axis metal master brake pads are always my fav, but on my new car it has AEM pads and they seem to do a good job

after re-reading your post i think you meant Rotors??

Brembo and Powerslot make OEM sized drilled and slotted Rotors, i'm sure a sponsor can get you a good deal on a set.

Forget brake rotors, they're overrated! Go with Brake Drums ..

i have AEM brake pads and Brembo rotors at all 4 wheels and it does a damn good job of stopping. there is little pedel effort as well.
