yup yup!
Good news for fans. Both Vin Diesel and Paul Walker have signed on for the 5th installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise.
Unfortunately, Paul says the next movie will probably "close out the franchise". But all good things have to come to an end some day right?
So why make another? The film almost doubled estimates when it opened in the U.S. with a whopping $72.5 million haul last weekend.
Paul confessed the plan:
"This was supposed to be it… Without question, the way that thing’s opened up, Vin (Diesel, co-star) and I will be coming back. We’re making a fifth one and we’re going to Brazil. That’s it!
"And I don’t think the best one (film) has been done yet. I think we could easily come back and make the best one."
Woot! Woot!" imnotobsessed.com

Will be interesting to see what they do in Brazil. Let me guess more drug running while drifting down hills and shifting 26 times. Though I enjoyed all of the F&F films besides the 2nd one haha.

Hopefully the next one will have less story line and more car focus...I just feel like they are becoming more interested in the movie than what is in the movie

Its been a couple weeks and already worldwide, the gross is almost surpassing Tokyo Drift. I say keep it like the last two.

yeah i pretty much hated tokyo drift, the drifting scenes were pretty cool, the cast sucked to me. han and the DK were pretty cool though.
