Nope. Now if it was more brutal like Passion of The Christ....then yes. I didn't even notice their hands bleeding on the cross. I wouldn't do this, but still....Passion was worse. Even though it was Hollywood.

How was a Hollywood movie made to look like an event going to be worse than the actual event itself? You make no sense. If you don't think nailing yourself to a cross and whipping yourself to bleeding like they do isn't "taking it too far," then you must agree with the folks that strap a bomb to their chect and blow themselves up in the name of their God. The only relation I made between the two was that the two groups of people were doing their deeds in the name of their particular God. Are we on the same page?

Hondachik made the comment that nailing yourself to a cross in the name of Jesus is NOT taking religion too far. She said a movie where actors recreated the Crucifixion was worse than the actual act. Are we still as footprints in the sand?

I iterated to her that if she thought that crucifying yourself in the name of Jesus is NOT taking it too far, then she might as well think blowing yourself up in the name of Allah (or whomever) isn't taking the Muslim (or whatever God) faith too far.

I'm not sure what kind of relation you THINK I was making aside from the obvious one. Or at least obvious for everyone else that read my post. Later, QD.
