check your injector clips to make sure they are all hook on right, make sure your fuel line isnt in a bind,

whats done to the car.. maybe u messed up one of the injectors when u installed the rail. it might be flooded. Put the oem rail back on, and see, and inspect the injectors. Whatever happened you did it...lol if it wasnt doing it before.

mine did the same but my motor is stock, i changed the spark plugs and the stuttering went away, but maybe its not the same issue.

there is so many things wrong with this paragraph^

1-that fuel rail won't do shit for ya, unless you plan on making over 400hp and running huge injectors
2-that block guard is another waste of money/time
3-you can't just drop over size injectors in and expect it to run better ( gotta tune it )

I realize your a noob, but learn to google and buy a hayne's manual

my fuel compression is right on 40 at idle

you mean fuel pressure, and 38-40 is about right at idle, pull the vacume line off the top of your regulator and it should jump to around 50...
