Turbo guys,

Are you able to still pass emissions being boosted? I have an OBD1 GSR and am wanting to boost it, but my concern is still being able to pass emissions here in Cobb County. Any input?

Thanks

That's a very vague question.

Will a new skyline get me laid? I havent gotten laid in a while and am wanting to buy a new skyline to get the hoes, but my concern is still being able to get the hoes here in Cobb County. Any input?

People with turbo Hondas, can you legally pass emissions? What is vague about that? Tool. If you can't contribute stay quite.

GSR
OBD1
Catalytic converter in place

What else do you need to know?

obd1 can pass emissions. sniffer test. cat and tune and you can pass...non guaranteed, but should.

If my RX7 can pass, a boosted civic should. Your tune will not have the best map for HP, but if you get multiple tunes and just load the emissions one that special time of the year, you will be fine.

if done properly it will have good emissions, economy, and power. they are all in different parts of the map.

if you have the sniffer test for OBD-1 and the car had a highflow cat and a decent tune you'll pass. Heck my old del sol almost past with a straight pipe on the sniffer test. (if the tuner leans it out more in the partial throttle areas)

If you can have someone make you a quickly swappable cat/test pipe combo. Put the cat on, pass inspection, then put the test pipe back on
