Eclipse GST emissions question

I am having probs passing emissions this is what I know of what I am running:

4g63 2.0 Turbo 550 injectors, 18G turbo, custom exhaust, big intercooler, Apexi Air Flow Computer

Here is what is happening I took it to the emissions guy and he said that the ECU is not communicating there is no check engine light. I dont what it could be anyone have any helpful advice as what it could be?

Depending on what part of town you are on, I might suggest one of the IA.com sponsors to help you out. I have had work done at Top Speed and Mahdavi, both with great results. Mahdavi has worked on my turbo Eclipse in the past.

Im sure they can help you out.....as well as a few others.

I know GM's have this problem, the cig lighter fuse will blow and the computer wont communicate. What ECU are you running?
