The Event originally scheduled for Saturday, March 14th, was canceled due to bad weather conditions and has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 24th. Pre-registration has been re-opened until May 3rd and still includes a t-shirt. If you have any questions about payments for the event, please direct them to [email protected].

WHEN: Sunday, May 24th, 2009
WHERE: Silverdollar Raceway (http://www.silverdollarraceway.com/) in Reynolds, GA
TIME: Gates open @ 10am and racing begins @ 11am. Quick 8 Eliminations will begin approximatly @ 1pm. That time is subject to change due to attendance and the track workers, but will not start any earlier than 12pm. Racing will end between 4pm and 5pm depending on racers & the track.
TECH CARDS: Tech cards cost $25 and include an event t-shirt only if you pre-register. Pre-registration will end May 3rd. Tech cards will go up in price @ the track to $30. So, register early, save your spot, and save yourself some money!!!

*[If you plan to attend, but are not sure if your car will until after registration ends due to modifications or car problems, email me and we can work out something to not have to pay $30 at the track. [email protected]]
GATE FEE: Silverdollar charges a fee of $10/person to get in their gate. This is not related to your tech card price. This includes all spectators as well as racers.
QUICK 8: Guarantee Cash payout for the quickest four cars.

Just one class, which is a run what you brung class with limited rules. Aside from that you will be able to get as many free runs as you could want..

I'm hanging with a few people from work down there (C6 Vette, SRT Challenger, 540I, R1). So far we will have a propane grill, Canopy, Generator, Tools, Beverages (Child and Big Child), and a tow rig for when the shitbox breaks (On the off chance it holds up and someone else breaks, i'm sure we can figure a way to at least get you back to the Atl area). So everyone is welcome to hang out by our tent (yes it will be a pitched tent:D )and if you have big boobs you're really welcome to hang out!!!

I know there are gonna be some 10 sec Supras and Stealths at this one, I dont know if they'll run as deep into the tens as your car (I think it's your car I've seen before) but it should make for a great day. Keep a stash of bandaids for me cause I know i'm gonna need it!!!

not many events worth taking a day off from work for, i like to reserve my time off for my family, im actually off that day, but my stage 5 disk will be going in either the day before or the saturday after this event so my car isn't race worthy at this point anyway...maybe ill come out and watch at the least if my son wants to go

You must be thinking about the trip down the return road because thats the only chance you got at coming by me. What does that thing run on DRs...like high 10s at best? I ran 10.3s at IA showdown and have been as fast as 9.85 on this configuration....who here is gonna be there that could run with that....certainly not a 4 cyl car.
