Bah shut up with that whats the hp i can get out of this...
And as for the gasket, make sure surfaces are flat and make sure the fire ring is in it.... It should be fine, or you can get a metal gasket...

I only ever run the fire ring and if the wastegate pipe is run back into the exhaust I'll use a gasket on the outlet side.

i have a few gaskets laying around but there is no need to run it. as long as youhave that fire ring its good. they say 60trim t3/t4's are good for 450.....you can make 300-320 pretty damn easy on 8-10psi on a gsr with a tune. i never got my last set up tuned but it was a stock gsr in a 4 door civic with a 60 trim and i went 12.20's in the 1/4 on a basemap..i would imagine with a tune and lighter chassis like a hatch 11's are easily obtainable
