Obd huh?

So my buddy has a B16A head that he bought off of me and we were wondering what would it take to put it on an Obd2 Block (the head came off an OBD 0 b16)
if anyone could help that would be great. does he just have to change the Dizzy?

b18b1in that case he will need a chipped/socketed p28, ls vtec kit ( http://shopping.lightningmotorsports.com/customer/product.php?productid=380&cat=0&page=1 ),a itr gsr water pump, and a itr gsr timing belt. id recommend arp rod bolts also at a minimum for the bottom end.
