i got 2nd place w/ 13.4% loss (31.5 lbs); we lost a total of 155.5 lbs that is more than a light boxer

actually i got another 20 to lose... i got all the way up to 235 and want to get back down to 180-185 which is what i was 5 years ago when i got married. SEE WHAT MARRIAGE DOES KIDS? DON'T DO IT!!!

but yes 1PM 5 Guys - double w/ cheese, bacon, pickles, onions, bbq :yes:

it was alittle short of 3 months 1/9-4/3... diet/exercise + meth :lmfao:

it was alittle short of 3 months 1/9-4/3... diet/exercise + meth :lmfao:with meth you could drop like 15lbs in a month.

I dropped 15 lbs from 225 in less than 6 weeks of indoor soccer last summer, no practices just one game per week!
