A rota question!

ok guys im needing a little help. i have some 17" rota slips and they only come in flat black. i was wondering if all rotas can be stripped and polished? i polished a set before but i would like to make sure if they can all be polished before it strip these. thanks ahead of time.

yeah from my experiance stripping wheels. its best to use aircraft paint remover and a heat gun. ....heat gun to slightly heat the wheel then apply the paint remover and it stripps better . :) just my 2cents..

ok sounds good. i've done a set of slips before with just aircraft remover but i'll try a heat gun also.

looks good! this will be my 2nd set that i've done. starting them today. i'll post pictures before and after.

i've heard something on, "most" or "all", rotas, are "polished" underneath the finish. I had a set of sub zero's, and stripped them, and there were shiny polished underneath.
