I haven't actually tried any dressing recipes myself but I'm always looking for recipes on allrecipes.com. They have recipes submitted from everybody and anybody. People try the recipes and give their ratings and feedback. I've actually used several off of this website and everything turns out awesome.

1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
