Today I just bought brand new RC SL9-440cc since I thought my RC SL4-440CC werent flowing right. I swapped them out with new Seals and O-rings. My old AFR was sitting at 13.4, and when I installed my New SL9-440cc Injectors its reading 20.1 AFR. I dont know why its so lean, they are the exact same injectors. I didnt mess with the Fuel Pressure regulator or anything, Just swapped out OLD for NEW, same 440CC. just one is for SL9 is made specifically for Honda, and SL4 can be made to fit other vehicles.

Please let me know. thanks.. Im tuning on Thursday and I really need to find out whats causing this.

sounds like there is a air leak somewhere if it's reading lean or pouring stupid amounts of fuel...i think you would notice both situations.

other option is there is something coincidentally wrong w/ the o2 reading.

But my old injectors were reading fine, I just installed BNIB SL9-440cc injectors, and it bumped up the AFR to 19+ kinda weird, I didnt want to drive it like that so I just changed it back to the Old Injectors, over tightened the fuel rail stud and it snapped, but still it read pretty accurate with my old SL4-440cc injectors.. Both are saturated and both are made for my car.. Please let me know if you can help. No fuel leaks No vaccume leaks, Boost gauge still read 20 vac at idle... Full boost im at about 12.1 AFR with the Old injectors, New Injectors full boost the AFR was at 11.2 but at idle its 19-20+. kinda weird...

I dont see any difference while I was driving about 20 miles home with the New injectors from a friends shop, I just know at every red light or when I stop at a gas station and sat there, the AFR ratio with the NEW injectors read 19-20 AFR. The Old injectors at Idle it would be somewhere, 13.3-15.1 which is okay. this Wideband is Brand new and only 2 months old. I only been boosted for about 2 months. Tuned. I took out the New injectors because I was scared it might affect my motor seeing that the AFR was leaning pretty high at Idle, and Richening at 10.9-11 at full boost... I just dont understand how just swapping out OLD 440cc for New 440cc is going to affect it that bad...?

put a meter on the old and new injectors and tell me what resistance you get on each.
