VTEC DON'T WORK!!!

ok i have a buddy who has a JDM gsr sawp with Ls tranny and ls ECU and now he put in a gsr ECU and the vtec doesn't kick at all WHY?

he check the wires and it's all good....

ANYONE KNOW WHAT WRONG?

need more info, any check engine lights ? did you wire up the vtec solenoid and the pressure switch ? also get rid of that ls garbage LS tranny

yes the engine check is on and he say the vtec solenoid is wire up....the pressure switch? idk

would the tranny have affect on the vtec?

fix the CEL, wire it all up and then check again...

yeah i 2nd that, a CEL will keep VTEC from working.. fix that light and you might fix your vtec problem too.
