Not just organization in that way though, rules are pretty important, so keeping stuff 'under control' would be something else... but I've never had problem with authority, working with a team, or abusing powers. well if its that serious, I say it should go back to how mods were made years ago. people that have been around for a few, and have some sort of sense.
