I posted this on Bimmerforums yesterday and I thought you guys might be interested too.

"I was checking on my //M3 at Franz Blam Racing today and the Flying Lizard transporter was in front of the shop when I pulled up. Franz is a mechanic for the team and Thomas (his son) is their Race Strategist, so the team decided to get some work done here before the next race in St. Pete April 5th. I was really surprised when I saw the 45 car on the lift in the bay because this was the one that tapped the wall on the front straight with an hour left in the 12 hours of Sebring last weekend. The pictures were taken quickly and they aren't very good quality, but I hope you all approve--I wanted to stay out of the way."

Enjoy!

Franz is the man, I've been looking at a vintage 911 RS replica that he built, hopefully the funds will become available in the next day or two and I can pick it up.

You're right, BB. Good luck picking up the RS!

I have a bunch of family in St. Pete. My Dad was born and raised there, and I was born there. Just thought I'd share.
