These tires have got I'd say about 6/32nds worth of tread so they're about 1/3-1/2 worn. One has a patch close to the sidewall which shouldn't cause any issues. Took these off my ex-girlfriend's car. She for whatever reason wanted to upgrade to some michelins (probably because mommy and daddy paid for them).

Asking 15 per tire for the 3 without patches and 10 for the one with the patch.
