I pluged it up and still no vtec, i have tested the solenoid, it works... the only thing i have not tried is testing the voltage yet. there are no dents in the oil pan, the vss is working (my cluster is working)... I am all out of ideas....

Now im getting a code 41 as well (primary o2 heater) i replaced the o2 and cel is still on...
