Just off Woodstock Rd in Acworth.

$285K house for $215k, newly built. They threw in a basement for free because the neighborhood is almost finished. The "lot premium" was $8k but we talked them down to $5k. I can't believe this lot was still available. I will send you Sha's Facebook addy so you can see the pics if you want.
