My 83 S10

i just recently got it. i bought it with no motor, just tranny driveshaft and rear end. it has a TH350 tranny with a shift kit, and a Ford 9" rear end with POS 4.11 gears. i plan to drop my V8 i original had put together for my 91 S10 but decided to keep that as a DD and use this as my fun truck. Anyways her are some pic's

when i first got it (the reason it has cut out in the grill is cause he had a oil & tranny cooler in the grill)

No more AC and starting to get the frame sanded

Thats the V8 i plan to drop in it a fully rebuilt 305 SBC with a mid-cam and intake manifold, and holley 650 cfm carb

Cool man! But I rather have the regular cab to drop in a v8. But this truck looks like it's in good condition, from what you told me earlier, I thought it looked like crap.

well i plan to leave the wheel on there for awhile the are some centerline's. The suspension is already good i might just get some stiffer springs in the front and better strut some where in the future. Im also waiting to get my pay check to buy a fuel cell im going to put in the back :crazy:

Sweet project, I had a 98 sdime with a 383 stroker and a 400 tranny... It was a beast!
