The problem with Poly bushings in the trailing arm it that they dont allow the proper movement, they "bind". A poly bushing is only really good for a single axis movement (shock bushings, inner LCA bushings) and the trailing arm is on 2 axis'. Your best bet is to get an OEM bushing.

Wont damage anything. I guess it would only be noticeable if you tracked the car or drove it hard. You might not ever notice though.

i was read that it will squeak if not installed properly

They will probably squeek even if they ARE installed properly. Even with their lube most poly bushings squeek a good bit.

If you have an air hammer you can get them off. I've done them many times with the flat head attachment. to get them in can be tricky... if you lubed it up and got it out, make sure you clean it with brake fluid, you need it to be dry in order to get them back in right.

taking out the old bushings is not the problem, it's re-installing my ES bushings, and i'll definately need the tool
