my fiance just bought a 00 sentra. can someone fill me in on nissan tech for this engine? ive been dealing with hondas for quite some time. i dont imagine it being much different from any other 4 banger. lmk of anything special i need to know. thanx

any issues with this model sentra? hers is an auto. any trans issues, brakes, etc? im gonna look up recalls on it to see if any exist.

correction. not ALL sentras that year came with an SR20. only the SE 2.0 models but thats ok...

anyways best way to find out if there are any recalls is to call a nissan dealership ask a service advisor to see if there is. trust me if there is they will know and be glad to do it for you, the nissan dealerships are starving right now.


the Sr20 (2.0 SE) were slightly electrical issue prone, but that was mainly with the center console accessories and starting. other wise no big issues.
