You'd probably have to drill some holes in your subframe or make some brackets or something along those lines. He thought it was the trunk bar (inside the car under the tail lights) at first and then figured out that it was some other special lower tie bar that only the Type R has a place for.

It is the rear lower one that only the Type R has a place for on the bottom of the rear subframe. You would have to fabricate some brackets to make it work on a regular DC or EG.
