The style is from the newer model Audi lines, but companies are making them for the B6 A4 models. They are coined "devil eyes". I am looking into headlights, and these are kind of iffy, but growing on me. What does the peanut gallery say?

DO IT! This is one of my favorite bits about Audi's new styling direction.

Its a good idea, but that specific set ain't super good looking. It doesn't recapture the look of the current LED setups on the cars, because there you can see every individual LED, and here they all kind of blend together. Makes it look like a light strip instead an LED strip.

Yeah, there are 3 or 4 companies making them currently. All of the setups that I have seen have been subpar quality. Many of the owners are 50/50 on the design, post purchase. A popular vendor in the Audi community is working on a near identical set. Hopefully when I am ready to buy they are perfected.

The HID install in these is a pain in the arse. Drilling, where there shouldn't be, is required in many cases.

Meh, like someone else said, the ones you posted don't look even CLOSE (other than the general idea) to the OEM setup. It looks to me like someone took those rope lights people use at christmas and put them inside the headlights. If they could get it to look more like the OEM, then it would look amazing.

I'm on the fence b/c I am comparing them to the new LED's on the AUDI which are HAWT.

But, I say go for it man. It won't look bad. Just afraid of the quality of the LED so it doesnt have one LED burn out and look goofy. Also, I dont care for the headlight being lower than the High beam.

I honestly don't like them, even OEM. Same with BMW angel eyes. They're just a set of OEM Christmas lights. Their only REAL function is aesthetics, and in my eyes they're distasteful. I guess I'd keep them on my car if they were OEM.

The set you posted doesn't look right at all, everything looks out of order and cheap. I see these on a b6 as I see angel eyes on an e34... or altezzas on a evo VI. It's trying to imitate a newer variant of your car, but that doesn't necessarily make it look good. You have a clean a4 my friend, please keep it that way. :goodjob:

they actually look cool, but i agree with the other dude. ecodes are the best headlight mod for b6's. i'm looking to get some for my avant in the near future...
