I have to admit when he 1st told me the color i wasn't to sure about it as a WHOLE color, but it came out looking pretty nice, and he's pretty proud of it...

a few fitment issues he's still working on, before it goes to HIN, he's having the wheels resprayed as well.

Now lets just hope he can keep from popping this engine... 401whp MX-3 with fuzzy dice FTW! lol or at least till this engine pops :)

No it was actually Champagne and everyone started to call him GoldFinger so he decided to go gold.

Well its no longer a ZE really lol that engine went and he just used the heads and a kl block then added a few extras :)

What is STI gold? Sti's dont come in gold unless you mean the Gold BBS's?

oh alright, im not too fond of the Ksports for bg/ec cars.... Ive read that they dont last too long..:( a few people on Cp had to replace them after a year....what color was it at first? the gold oem color?

yea the oem champagne gold color...

Well he knew that was a risk when he got them but he says if they go he'll just put some koni's in and that should take care of it. He only drives this thing to and from Moroso and he shows it so its a weekend toy... He's not to worried about them.

its funny when i looked at the car the thing that i envy the most is the Leather gs seats... :lmfao:

I'm not going to lie... i normally HATE these cars. they look like roaches or something, but this looks really nice. maybe i'm just too used to seeing them all trashed and with like 5 mexicans crammed in them.

For being virtually stock with a bumper that has serious fitment issues it looks great. Amazing what a clean paint job and wheels can do for a car! Will even look a million times better lowered too!

Mx-3 always looked funny like Del Sols (half integra and civic front). I really like this one , very clean and modded tastefully. Can't wait for the drop.

yea he wanted to get it ready for a meet this weekend so he worked on it virtually all night every night for the past week.

He has to take the bumper back off, and the paint has caused a problem with his hood shutting properly and its going back to the shop to have a few issues he noticed fixed.


Its a good start... He's been working on this one for a good amount of time... He is looking for a set of oem side skirts for it, then the rear mud guards...

Simple, Clean and Fast :)

The front end just looks like it was threw together in 10 minutes. I think maybe its the front bumper messing everything up. Other than that, the car is really nice. Just take an extra 30 minutes a realign everything really good.

well it turns out one of the cold pipes is hitting the driver side front of the bumper which is causing the problem, he's going to have to have the bumper cut to have it sit right.

He currently has it running as slow as it can go on his setup, he's finishing up a few things with the engine (mainly cosmetic) before he really decides to push it. He's planning on selling it sometime soon, he just wants to finish it before he gets rid of it.
