I swear to god I wish I had some back up tires.. I washed the car in 36 degrees... just to find out the tire is blown. Wife pointed it out when I pulled it back in the garage. "Tire looks low!" :doh:

not sure how Perelli makes their tires, but sounds like there may have been spot where the ply didn't fully join or was weak. could be a number of things, but you won't be able to tell unless you cut the tire apart to see.

I'm not too sure either. I took the wheel off and was looking for a leak.. I saw the tread was separating from the sidewall in several places. You can hear it hiss when you put it above 30psi. I was reading about it and see what might have caused it. Poor tire construction, Low psi or too high psi, or too high speed for the rated tire. Well I know I've not gone over 100mph in this car.. so the last one is ruled out. I checked the tire pressure the last time I changed the oil and it was at 35psi.. so unless I ran over a nail.. hell.. I dunno :(

Yeah it's hard to tell while driving if it's low or not. That's why I hate real low profile tires. I had one low on an old set of wheels and ended up cracking it. If you can get some good pics of the tire where the seperation is I may be able to tell what was wrong with it.

I complained, but I didn't get all bent out of shape about it. Even tho it was a company that sold engines, I replaced the stuff and was on my way. i kinda have to make either a turbo or a supercharger kit from scracth with this damn camaro I want to make 350 to the wheels i wish i could do it all motor but the most i think i could get with out a supercharger or a turbo would be no more than 285 all motor and that would probally be harder than the turbo/supercharger.

Sup guys? I was somewhat in the area today. I was changing the clutch in my buddy's accord, and all I got to say is I'm so fucking happy I don't have to deal with the FWD bullshit anymore. I will give it some credit tho. 92 model with the OEM clutch still in it. Clutch was still alright, but the the throwout bearing was SHOT. Didn't get it all finished before the sun set and temps dropped quick. I should have it all done tomorrow since I got the clutch changed and the tranny back on. If any of yall are out near Everett Springs in Rosedale and aint got shit to do, stop by if you want and shoot the shit. Can't miss it, my black primed 240 will be in the drive with the accord.
