constipation, how do you get rid of it.

let's say you've take 4 aloe vera (natural laxative) two days back to back all at once...

the first day you took the 4 aloe vera's you also ate raisin bran

then you start drinking that 48 hr diet, its been over 12 hrs and you haven't gotten practically anything?....

what do you take? and dont post Taco Bell or a particular food, cuz that just dont work:ninja:

load up on prunes. salt water should do the trick also from what i hear. make sure ur drinkin enough water (shit tons).

oh, and Magnesium Citrate with lots of water. You will be clear in about 3 hours, trust. At your local drug store or Wal-Mart.

i saw the miralax...but seriously i think it maybe too weak..but i'm going to try that magnesium citrate. because i still havent done shit yet..no pun intended..or maybe lol. thanks for the insight...i mean they told me to tell u guys thanks for the insight :ninja:

I have used this stuff several times and it tastes fairly good. I clean myself out about 4 times a year. Keeps me fresh, ahah. Anywho.. Put it over some ice and prepare for war!

On a serious note. There could be something wrong and if this doesnt work you need to see a doc. Continually loading up on laxatives can cause you to become seriously dehydrated and you wouldnt want to pass out driving behind the wheel or anything.

real talk. just eat a lot of fiber, it will help immensely. I was constipated back in the 7th grade cause of a shitty eating habit and i ended up having to get an enema at the emergency room. there is stuff called milk of magneisa that helps with that as well. if you havent been having good bowel movements as of late you might want to think about adjusting your diet up man.
