It this cat might fit 04 G35 too? I think that alot part from 350z is same as the one in G35.

Yes the cat back exhaust will fit an 04 g35 coupe.
But the test pipes only fit the vq35HR

Try my350z.com. I shipped my old exhaust (tanabe) to Virginia and it ran me 55.00 via Fed Ex with 2 big boxes.
