dont think ill get many hits here due to location, but if you know anyone, ill give cash if you have someone move in.

details.
3 bedroom 2 bath house in covington.
about 20 minutes from mcdonough. im right near 81
very close to salem rd in conyers (maybe 5 miles from i-20)
nice neighborhood (all sod, no overgrown yards, sidewalk on both sides of road, close to a gas station)
cable internet
digital tv with on demand.
i keep it warm (72) when its cold, and cool in summer.
garage space for motorcycles,car spot for 50$ more a month.
privacy fence backyard.

fully furnished, nicely.

rent. 400$ a month. that includes everything!
you will have your own bathroom, and your room (along with other spare bedroom) is on the other side of house from mine, so you have privacy.

rules:
you must be clean. you can do what you want in your room as long as you dont fuck up carpet/walls.
i dont liek alot of people in my house, few friends over from time to time is ok.

thats fine. coming home late is not an issue.
no one else lives here, i dont like crouded house/clutter.
there will always be jsut me, and another roomate, girlfriend may spend the night once a week or so.

Damn, No Pets :???: I couldn't imagine not having my dogs...The price is pretty good though..G/L bump

i just dont like the maintenance, noise, cleaning up after them ect. i dont have enough time to devote to an animal.
