im pretty sure those are VX wheels, not hx wheels.

pretty sure you're right on vx's being 13's.

EDIT:.....both HX's and VX's have 8 spokes, and the OP's wheels have 7 spokes.... not sure what kind of wheels you have there, but they dont appear to be the "traditional" HX or VX wheels :no:

Good research!!! They guy i bought the car from said they were hx wheels and I've only seen 14's. I'll see if i can check the back of them tonight!

no the 01 civics came with optional em1 wheels or hubcaps. with the exception of the si. and other hfp wheels.
