Anyone know any jobs/careers that allow you to work online at home. Or maybe even just a site to earn a few extra bucks here and there?

If you are willing to learn and practice for the next 6 months or so there's day trading / forex.
Otherwise there's that www.chacha.com thing which is legit. Click on 'become a chacha guide' on that page.

Forex = Win; as long as you study and learn what you are doing. You can make good money, but you can also lose it twice as fast.

Studying it. I have a friend that does it, but he is a financial analyst so he caught on easy. I'm not putting a penny out until I completely understand it, and how to read the market.

Me too. I kinda just started 2 weeks ago, but I read every night except weekends and take about 2 or 3 pages of notes per night. I'm pretty motivated, so far. Maybe by the end of next week I'll open a demo account and start messing around.

Thanks! It's basically like the stock market. Buy it for sell, sell it for more (if you can) the only thing that bothers is that you gotta pay up but it looks like it will be well worth it in the future. Do you think someone could make a living off of that or at least close to it? And no I'm not going to try and make a living off of it, lol, I just wanna see how much I can make with that. But damn 6 months of demo trading  What if I strike the lottery by then? I would have wasted 6 months for nothing lolol jk.

There are plenty of people who make VERY good livings off the market. No formal job, other than trading. If you are good, and have a larger sum to start, you can make plenty of money. If you start with a small sum, it will take longer, but you will grow it if you are good.

Would it be smart to borrow money from let's say your friends and/or family in order to start off with a larger sum and then pay them back (without interest) or just to use the money YOU have even though it is a small amount? And also is there a risk in losing your money?

Yes, a very huge one lol. So out of principle I would not use your family's/friend's money.
AirMax yes I use babypips! I tried it like 1 year ago with a different website and then I gave up. But babypips make it a hell lot easier to understand.

Lol I know I'm just trying to get some information. I do have a job but I can't handle it, especially when the manager is an asshole. The hours are fucked up, the money isn't all that good and sometimes I have to travel like an hour from my house which I don't get gas money for.

No, not at all. Its just like the stock market. A bad move can cost you your investment.
Borrowing from friends and family is a good idea if you know what you are doing. Just be sure to let them know upfront what you are doing, and have the ability to make good on the loan. In the end though, its your call. I wouldn't gamble someone elses money unless I was beyond confident in my skills.

Changes are so lightning quick in FOREX, that you never know whats going to happen, no matter how good you are at predicting it.

I agree, but people do it all day long. From real estate investments, to start ups, and group ventures. It all depends on the individual, their ability, and the relationship they have with the prospective lenders.
With Forex, its a different story of course. There is a lot less in your corner for control.

Yeah I doubt I'll be using other peoples money. I don't think the Forex is for me though because I'm not too patient and I don't want to go through 6 months and then be like "I don't feel like doing this" and I don't even know if I'll still need it in 6 months lol.
