Hey everyone i have a 1985 mazda rx7 Gsl-se and im looking for a clean look some im going with a electric cut out (2.5 inches) The thing is ive never got my exhaust done up here on a car and i heard how strict they are with installing things. is there anywhere i can take this around duluth/norcross that will weld it on no problem so i can wire the switch up this weekend?

well the thing is. the precats need to come off to put the cutout on. but the main cat can still be intact. would they do that?

Wrong, if you don't have cats MOST 99% of shops will not touch a car.
Performance shops will touch it though. :goodjob:

Most franchise businesses won't touch items like that. Which is stupid. All they have to do is put in their contract (meant for off road use only, etc..)

they still wont do it. its not about passing emissions, its against the law to drive a car without a cat on it. its a federal law. take the car over to mainstream and they will make a non street legal pipe with cutout for you.
