PErsonally Dumb and annoying people have a purpose in this world. I don't think they should be killed. Reason Being they draw attention away from smart people. IF I want to do something illegal, I have the dumb people to thank for not making the police for not looking at me. Annoying people the same reason, If there Annoying they attract attention away. People most of the time go after easy targets.
