Front and Rear turbo bumpers don't flow as well as stock, GT2 wing doesn't belong IMO, side skirts are ugly, wheels are ok, wrongfully badged as "RUF", and the narrow body wanna-be turbo fenders look terrible.

I like them when they are:

1. Born in a Stuttgart
2. Delivered by Porsche to Pfaffenhausen (RUF)
3. RUF assembles the car to their model specs
4. Car is sold as a RUF manufactuered automobile.

Not when some guy takes a 911, throws a badge on it and adds some ify mods.

To add, a real RUF car will keep its value much better than a Porsche that a customer takes to them for tuning.

Porsche headlights should be round.When they made the 996 with boxster headlights I lost all respect for the 911. Granted the 996 GT2 is a nice car I still can't look past those freakin' headlights. Just like Jeep tried the square lights in the late late 80's/90's on the Wrangler it failed...so back to the round ones.

The 993 body could still be made today and not be out of date when compared to the rest of the car industry.

No what i am saying instead of rushing head long into Weds afternoon traffic to go to the assisted living facility to pick a 68 y/o male who had a swollen penis for almost a week, I said hey look its an interesting looking porsche let me take a second finish my cigarette and snap a couple pics. Until you do my Job you can shut the fuck up. And if you think you can I invite you to come ride on my bus for a day and I will show you a day in the life. 90% of the calls EMS receives are bullshit and could be handled at you local PCP. And of the 10% that are legitimate emergencies only maybe 2% constitute a life or death event. Think about that next time you drive by a car wreck and don't stop but decide to call 911. It takes less than a second to ask " hey you all alright?" And all that shit you see on TV with us running out the door rarely happens but on that note, No we don't get a Breakfast/lunch/dinner break. When we use the restroom you pray you don't get a call cause if you do pinch it off and go. Like I said when ever you wanna come give it a try just let me know. /rant.

I agree.. the 996 pre-facelift and even more post-facelift are the ugliest 911.. Not only they fuck with the legacy of it's engine, they go and make retarded headlights along with overproducing it..

But I am thankful of Porsche's little slip ups.. Thanks to all these, the 996 depreciated so much.. My car isn't even worth selling after I graduate.. It will almost have 100k miles; guess it will have to be a track car..

I wish I had a 993.. I just can't afford it and wouldn't really want to DD it.. Maybe after college..
