93 Altima. 5spd. Clean as hell 1 owner etc.

Failed emmisions on "NO ppm: 25/25 test Reading Allowed"
21890 0910
anyone know why or what i could go to make it pass?

Also how long could a emmisions paper last? I have one from last april. Can i register the car with it now?

if you have one from that car, it can be used up to a year....

Loosen the area where the header meets the cat just a little, the exhaust leaks before the cat are going to let out a lot of harmful gasses before they get to the sensor at the tip. Also, drive it REALLY REALLY HARD before the test and have a nearly empty gas tank. All of these are tricks us Rx-7 guys do cause 7s suck at emissions.
