http://www.ponerology.com/ thought this was odd. Not directly politics but studies the "evil" inflicted on mankind through politics.


With very few exceptions down the ages, discussions in moral philosophy - the study of right conduct - have failed to systematically investigate the origin, nature, and course of evil in a manner free from supernatural imaginings. Evil was often considered something to be endured rather than something that could be understood and eliminated by rational measures.

Seems like it might be an interesting read. I think it is odd how they relate evil to a disease, but at the same time if you look around the world today Evil seems to spread like a virus when it goes unchecked. Look at the former USSR, or even some of the developing nations today. Or hell just look at the USA IE- Enron, The Banks, The Big 3. All have made an effort to use underhanded business practices to obtain a profit from a suffering public and now they are pissed and looking for a hand out. There are a lot of little excerpts that ring very true, and it seems like the older I get the more evil the world becomes or maybe I just notice the corruption more.
