AEM tru boost gauge

Has anybody used this gauge? is it simply a electronic boost controller gauge format..and still use say for example my Autometer vac/boost gauge..or can it replace that gauge all together?

reason I ask,i installed my new intercooler thinking a name brand one would solve my needle bouncing problem but still when it hits full boost it still bounces..so id like to get the most accurate gauge..

maybe the boost is truly bouncing.

it works fine once you figure out the sequence that you need to push the 2 buttons on the front.

my old boost gauge used to bounce like that. then it started sitting at 10in of vac when the car was off. then it would never read boost. autometer gauges suck.
