it is locked to verizon. i'm sure someone knows how to unlock them to different carriers.

if its locked whoevr buys it cant use it. i bought a phone that was locked from someone not payin the bill and didnt tell me

its not locked like that...its locked to verizon meaning unless you unlock it you can only use it if your a verizon member.
