i am smiling from ear to ear as i type this it took me almost 3 years to get to the point i am at now i have in my car a fully built level 10 automatic transmission ill post the install pics and then talk more about it im so excited!!!
the whole process took a whole weekend
day1
we got the car up on two jack stands and removed my axels which needed replacement so off to autozone for a new set. I also took the money pit out of the box and bubble wrap that it came in from level 10 and placed it on the ground

http://i213.photobucket.com/albums/cc146/JDMJAYDC2/DSC00169.jpg
we also had to swap some sensors over from the jdm one over to the level 10 as some didnt reach the connectors
again free labor ftmfw lol here is ej1soslow who is supposed to be swapping out the sensors but instead is whore n up ia and bigdare23 doing his mj impression

i see no point in ugrading axels right now as my motor is stock and very low mileage once the bolt ons continue and i prepare my car for boost i will upgrade axels but i know several ppl running autozone axels and running well over 250 hp i dont plan on going any higher than 300 so i think im safe

Whats the point of a 500hp capable tranny if you aren't going past 300?
Congrats on the upgrade i guess, car is clean though

the same can be said about converting a lhd to rhd....
the tegs perfect though, but gotta be honest this is the first built auto honda ive seen....is this more prevalent than i know of?

Not its not, completely irrelevant. RHD to some people is a perk.
Having to do with power upgrades and spending money extra money buying something you are not going to use keeping in mind he said he does not want to exceed 300hp is pointless. It would have been cheaper for him not to, and spend the money saved on another part of the build. Maybe forced induction, and or suspension...

Whats the point of a 500hp capable tranny if you aren't going past 300?
the same reason people build their engines to handle 800+hp but detune it to 500-600hp for reliability... sure it can handle 500hp.. but for how long? with 300hp will last forever and be incredibly reliable.. i'd say that was a good move since he wanted to stay automatic

^^^ said it before i could post it i overbuild just about everything i own i either have a extra set or its gonna be built to handle the abuse im going to give it. As stated above the autozone axles are lifetime warr. so why go out and buy the more expensive ones when i start popping these bad boys then i will look into the upgrade. the motor is a very fresh low mileage motor from hmotors so its perfect for the boost im going to throw at it sure i could do a 5 spd swap but eh id be like every other integra with a jdm front.
imagine how pissed your gonna be after you pull over after a run with a car and you look inside and see it in the P postion lol very pissed and thats what im going for
the tranny will hold 550 hp as it sits im shooting for 300 anymore than that and im going to have traction issues. I will have plenty of room for mistakes with the extra room i have for advancement of hp. thanks for all the replies

Your Integra is nice, and having a built auto tranny is something I haven't seen much on IA. Shoot a video to show us how it performs.

i will post the link to the start up vid on the first page i have yet to do any pulls with it as level 10 says i should baby it for 1k miles then change the fluid and i should be good but as anyone that knows me i dont drive it much so it just stays in my garage while the build continues

autozone axles are only a lifetime warranty for the first set, after that its only a one year warranty, but i agree its better to have a tranny that will hold 500 and only run 300 then a tranny that will hold 500 and run 500.... untill it wont hold 500 anymore lol btw nice teggy :goodjob:

thanks for the help ch@dbee i def will hit you up when its time to get that turbo kit im sure you have broken enough of them to know which one will give me the numbers im looking for.
and thanks everyone else for the comments i was thinking i was gonna catch alot more crap than i did for going the unpopular route with a integra i look forward to making a build thread to keep everyone posted with the progress of the car
